SHDP, Day 3, Oct 28th

Today's Journey started in a strange place. I woke up thinking about Nissan Micra's. The image above caught my eye over all the others. It was the weird door trim. I had never seen that before on a K11 Micra, so I decided to chase the trail. [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="640"] The trim seems to appear only on UK/Euro versions of the K11 Micra. Almost Coca-cola like.[/caption] Inevitably we always seem to run into the Nissan March Super Turbo. A K10 chassis...

SHDP Day 2. Oct 27th

So today's journey into the abstract began with a memory of a vehicle in passing. The Ford Everest. A version of Mazda's B-series pickup. Sold to the middle eastern and Asian markets. The Progress. An idea

It's been an idea of mine for a while to go to school. This idea is fought with great hurdles that at this point in my life I'm unable to overcome. I was looking at this goal and realizing that the school is just a path of a bigger journey. The destination is to become a paid automotive designer. There are other paths to get there. I'm curious if I'm able to facilitate my own learning path towards automotive designer. -Drawing skill -Research and knowledge of the function of the automobile and it's history. -Rendering skill -Presentation skill. By practicing...
